Our bots and services are provided as-is for personal and community use. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of our services without explicit written permission.
Users must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, spamming, distributing malware, or attempting to disrupt service integrity.
We collect minimal data necessary for bot operation (user IDs, server IDs, command usage). We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties.
All content, features, and functionality of Nylix Labs products—including but not limited to code, text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of Nylix Labs and its creators.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nylix Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any data loss or service interruptions arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We collect Discord user IDs, server IDs, and command usage data for the purpose of operating our bots and improving our services. We do not store message contents unless explicitly required for a command's functionality.
Our web services do not use tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be used solely to remember user preferences and ensure core website functionality.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for service operation. Configuration data is deleted when a bot is removed from a server or upon request. You may request data deletion by contacting our team.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data may be processed by secure hosting providers (e.g., Discord API, database hosts) necessary for service delivery.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
